Mark I. was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. My 6 month old has eczema and the water has done wonders to his skin. After giving him a bath, he is skin is not dried out and I don't have to buy the expensive soaps and lotions for his skin. I just use a the oatmeal soap they provide and Vaseline and his skin looks great. I would recommend Mark I. and Quality Home Products to anyone
I’ve used Quality for different products and their service and installations have been excellent. I’ve never had any issues. I have referred my brother in law to them and he purchased a generator. I definitely use them again for when I get ready for tankless water heater and a generator.
James Wagley was an excellent salesman. The family does notice a difference in the water when showering and it definitely tastes a lot better than what we had.
