James the salesman, and Mike the Technician along with his partner were a pleasure to work with. They were all very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. It was also evident by the way they spoke about the products that they stood behind this product and weren’t just there for the paycheck. We purchased the system on a Friday night and it was installed it the very next day. We had a great experience.
