They had to make a hole in the ceiling to hook everything up. That has not been repaired yet. They haven't called to schedule that, I do trust that they will notify me about this soon.
We had no idea that the quality of our water wasn't good until someone came out and showed us. The entire experience has been easy and the quality of the product is as promised. We are very happy with our quality water now.
