The installation and the installer, Armando, was good. There was just one little snafu that he initially installed the system on the wrong place. He realized it and quickly fixed it. Other than that everything was fine. It took a little bit for me to feel the difference in the softness of the water especially because I have two huge water tanks. I guess it took a while for those 200 gallons to flush, but I can definitely feel the difference in the softness now.
Everyone was very professional from the sales department to the installation crew.
See is believing. The entire process from the demo (very informative) to the installation (quick and clean) was what I expected and received.
