It was worth it.
We are truly happy with the way we were explained about the product from Neal Schmidt, his very friendly and made us feel comfortable. When Lupe Trevino installed the product, it was raining hard, but he did the job in spite the bad weather and late hour, he took the time to explain how it worked and was very friendly. We are truly happy with the system and how it's helped us and physically and financially. No more bottle waters!!
We've only had it for about a week, but as far as I can tell, everything has been great! We are going to take our water sample down and have it tested with the City of Houston; reason being is we had E-Coli in our water before and Crystal said this would take it out and we are going to double check just to be sure.
Tim did an exceptional job at explaining everything and was very patient. Josh was also very professional and patient and took time to explain things to us.
