Forrest was phenomenal! We had someone else that was supposed to come out. He had to reschedule because the filter was not working well. If the original guy had come out, we would not have bought from him. We believe that the salesperson must be knowledgeable and caring. We did not have that the first time. Forrest was phenomenal! He was absolutely awesome!
