The system leaked upon use. I wish they had tested it before, but they came back and fixed it immediately. The products they sell do not work as claimed, so test them first before you buy. Overall, the company is great.
It's not cheap, but the quality of the water is impeccable. The 5 year term offsets the initial chock and I have no regrets. The idea of being able to drink excellent quality water from every faucet is an absolute convenience. The RO unit produces practically distilled water great for cooking. I boiled some water for noodles and forgot about it, when I went to check, half the water evaporated and no scale rings - you know that's good water.
