Everything that they did was great. I was very happy + satisfied with the product, presentation + results.
I thought they were all good. They knew what they were doing, they worked hard, and we were glad to have them. They all cared about the job they were doing.
There was a big miscommunication between the sales person and the installation team. They had to come back a week later. The scheduling system is messed up.
They were fantastic to deal with. The company, Jamal, and Randy were very professional. We love the work and the product. The whole family loves the product. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

I am very pleased with the whole process with the exception of being cornered by a Home Depot for the lead. I had been thinking about a water system for a while so it wasn't a surprise to me that we made an appointment with the Home Depot person but that part just didn't feel right because I was let down by Home Depot before when I was trying to install a generator.
