The presentation on the system is incredibly informative and the product is great. We really appreciate the science behind it. The presentation went a little long but the presenter Brad was very personable and friendly. We took off one star *only* because the price is steep compared to competitors but we are trusting that the lifetime warranty and customer service quality will make it worthwhile!
