We have been pleasantly surprise by the quick communication, great installation by Lupe Trevino, as well as follow-up by Quality Home Products. We are in the middle of Hurricane Harvey presently, & have lost connectivity twice; momentarily, both times the water filtration system came back on-line with no problems.
