We were happy with the service. So far, we have been happy with the system.
I was skeptical...but am completely amazed with the taste of our water, the way soap feels, etc. we also purchase the laundry unit and are completely amazed.
Make sure the installers don't leave before you give the O.K. in case something was not done properly. Other than that, everything was done properly, and we're happy.
I will recommend them to a friend.
