The two man team showed up on time to perform the installation of a new water heater on time. They were friendly, pleasant, and professional. My quote included a new overflow pan, but I was told the one they had would not fit, so the cleaned and reused the the original one. They replaced the expansion tank, copper pipes and PVC pipes during the install. Overall they did a very good job and the unit is working as expected. Quality Life Solutions is the only company I will use for soft water and Reverse Osmosis drinking water. They are always friendly and professional with so many different options to choose from and yearly maintenance plans that are affordable.

First guy came to quote and was very efficient in explaining options. They gave me a quote immediately, which was nice since I didn't have to call and ask for the quote in subsequent days. They were able to set up an install date fairly easily and the plumber that came to install was very nice. He was very patient as I asked questions. The install went smoothly and the plumber encouraged me to reach out if any problems occured.
Took care of the problem, finding others, which he took care of. Explained what he was doing and offered suggestions that I didn’t know about. He could be my repairman whenever needed. A+
