I could not be happier with the quick response to our broken spring for our old overhead door. We called mid morning today about our door; by noon, a repair technician called me and said he would be there in half an hour. He arrived on time, looked at the situation, fixed it promptly and was gone within a half hour. The repair fee was reasonable, the technician was courteous and efficient, and offered good advice about our other door that we thought might need a new spring, but did not. Had a broken cable on Saturday, called monday they were able to come out the same day. Did an excellent job and gave me some advice on a few other things giong on with our door.
Just had a service call from Tim! He was prompt and very courteous. The cost was fair. Overall VERY satisfied! Thanks Tim!

Tim truck 306 did a great job. Had my door up and running very quickly, was polite and professional. Took the extra time to show me what was wrong and had everything lubricated and running great before he left. Even programed my keypad for me.
