This was our first time working with Quality Overhead Door Company. We live in southern Michigan and my husband Googled "garage door fix." You guys were the first to pop up. Rob came out today while I was home with my kids and got the door fixed up very quickly. His customer service was great and he was even glad to talk to my very talkative, curious 5 year old.
