I went to Dr. Le a couple of years ago to get help for eczema like skin problems. He took a biopsy and told me he was looking for Lupus--but it came back negative. He did not know what it was but referred me to an allergist and told me he could do nothing further for me. I went to the allergist and there were no allergies found. I had to wait over an hour to see him on each of the 3 visits I made to his offices . I still have the problem and am working with another Dr to see what it is.
Dr. Quang Le misrepresented his ability to remove spots, than charged me $157.80 for a 3 minute visit to inform me that he was unable to do what he previously charged me for. There's plenty of derms out there, don't waste your money on this thief.
42/F. One year ago I saw Dr. Quang Le in the hopes of addressing my acne. I waited for an hour and a half to meet an NP. She was very nice. Finally Quang Le entered the room. For all of 5 minutes. In that time he gave me an Rx for a $600 cream called tazorac. After visually assessing me he decided he was UNHAPPY with a beauty mark on my arm. Then he left the room. The NP insisted I have a biopsy done. Biopsy= COMPLETE REMOVAL. I now have a huge scar and plan on taking legal action.
Been going here for many years & love Dr Quang Le. New management company took over & can NEVER get through without a 40 minute wait on the phone...or just getting a buzzing sound then disconnected! So frustrating!
The Pembroke Pines Office is the worst, had a 930 appointment and it was 45 minutes before they asked for my co-pay. I asked can I pay once I am called into the office, the receptionist asked why? I replied if I have to wait 1 hr and 30 min before being called in then I will leave and you will have to refund my copay. She said yes it will probably be another hour before you see the doctor, at that point OK i'm outta here. Not a patient friendly environment, insurance $ seems to be 1st priority.
Worst doctor! With an even worst team behind the desk! I'm 23 I scheduled an appointment for myself last year. Front desk lady told me all I had to pay was 10 bucks for my visit. That my insurance covered it. Well to my surprise.. I find out on my credit report they put me in collections for 88$. They said they called& mailed me and everything. I didn't receive a thing. I wonder why? Cause I paid in the office! I didn't owe anything to them. Had to pay 122$ for nothing!!!! Worst experience ever!
doctors and doctor's offices have a protocol to not use or have offensive fragrances but this office has the plug in fragrances in the office that was so horribly overwhelming. I got so sick from being assaulted by the toxicity of the plug in. I got a severe allergic reactionThe damaging chemicals in a plug in are a known factor. I cannot believe that a doctors office would allow this. I told the office staff and the pysician assistant. When I left after my appointment it was still in.
Office staff is not nice at all and the waiting time is outrageous. it doest even matter if you have an appt because you will never been seen close top the time of your appt. nobody cares about it its better to clear your whole day if you are planning on going there. easily 2-3 hours wait
Horrible! Waited weeks for an appointment, his staff at the front are terrible! They never pick up the phone, tried looking for his office in pembroke pines and ended up driving around for HOURS, calling his office so all throughout no answer! No way to reach him to ask questions.
