This was my first time seeing a dermatologist, and boy was I surprised. My appointment was at 10:00am, and despite a FULL waiting room? I was summoned by the nurse at precisely 10am. Dr. Le has a reputation for being extraordinarily approachable and personable in addition to having mastery of his craft, and that was definitely my experience. My family has been going to Dr. Quang Le for about 10 years. Can't say enough about the great service and the time he takes to listen and offer advise depending on your situation. Had procedure done in office today. Dr. Le was just awesome! He took his time and made me feel very comfortable and talked me through it. I recommend him to all my family and friends....and not to mention, the office staff is super nice and accommodating.
I came into this appointment being a first time patient. My experience at the sign in, was a tone setting indicator that I was in good hands. The positive and calming nature of everyone on staff made for a great experience. The Dr. was sensing my anxiety and began to explain everything about to happen, and each process step by step. I left the appointment with a ton more knowledge and again that was calming in my experience.
My Dermatologist of 20 years moved out of town and since I've worked and on my days off, boated under the sun for the last 45 years, I really wanted an experienced and highly recommended Dermatologist. Dr Le did not disappoint. What a down to earth guy, made the transition an enjoyable one. As far as the office staff, best in the business. Courteous, polite and extremely helpful. Thanks again. I have been seeing Dr. Le for the last 15 years. I drive over 300 miles from my current home in order to see him. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is hard to find the right Doctor, so when you do, you go out of your way to keep them.
