Online inquire their 3-36 months warranty terms and conditions, they quickly responsed my question and explaned what they could offer. Pls notice ?Quattro 2? locate at Farmington Hill rather than Redford, they may not have same terms and conditions.
Doug sold us a good vehicle at a good price. After much searching we decided on the 2003 Chevrolet Tracker. My local shop just gave it the once over and it's clean and in good running condition. Buying a used car can be a little nerve wracking as you don't always know what you're getting but I'm satisfied with the one we picked. Thanks again Doug.
I recently bought a suv and am reasonably satisfield. Ray provided the carfax report and answered all my questions. While he did not budge much on price i can understand why, it's a great SUV all around. i appreciate the fact there was no extras in the financing, everything was straight forward no hassle. It was a good buying experience.
I bought a car 4 weeks ago. Decent people. Ray is a fair man. He even offered good price when my friend tried to sell his car. Got some problem with my car electric system. They repaired it for free the next day. They show CARFAX record and they sell cars below KBB value. What else you need!

Customer service sucks I live right off Plymouth Rd and I'm looking for a truck to buy so I ride my one wheel up to quattro to see what they had on the lot. I made it 10 feet through the gate and got greeted by the car washer and waxer, He says can I help you? I said ya I'm looking for a truck to buy and I wanted to see what you guys have up here. Terrible! Bought a used Subaru off the lot. Smelled like something burning; Head gasket blew within a few weeks. It came with 4 different tires on the car, one of which was the wrong size- not a good thing to do to a 4WD vehicle. Repairs after repairs to keep it running. Stay away from this place!!
Dont go here, I wasted my time yesterday 02/19/14 going here to check out a 2003 hyundai sonata , took it to a machanic and everything after the dealership told me over the phone that I could buy it for 4000.00 including my plate and taxes out the door if I was paying cash. So I arrive out there comming all the way from roseville michigan, spend money on getting the car inspected by a mechanic ( who found multiple problems with this car btw) and they tell me that they will sell it to me for 4300.00!
