We have done business with Tim at Floor Quest for many years now. What keeps us coming back is the excellent customer service and willingness to work around our busy schedule. The installers are always prompt and do quality installation. We own apartment complexes and the end of the month is hectic. Tim always works his magic and gets the job done before the first of the month. The quality and prices of the products we use can't be beat! Thanks Tim!

Our salesman, Chris, was very patient with all my questions and I appreciate that as a new floor buyer on a budget. The installer, Jesus, was AMAZING! He was professional and friendly and even played with my dog who wouldn't leave him alone! We believe he went above and beyond installing floors, he really seemed to care about his work and the finished product. We are very pleased. Thank you!

FloorQuest was awesome!! We recently had laminate floors installed throughout our first floor living, dining, kitchen, and foyer. Shawn was amazing!! He made sure that everything was to my satisfaction, while being courteous and cleanly. During our week install I NEVER felt that our house was left in shambles. Best experience we have ever had with flooring in our 50+ years in our home. Cheryl is very knowledgeable on carpeting and was very patient helping us make our decision. Our installer was extremely professional and took great care with the job, best we have ever had. We are so very pleased with the overall friendly and helpful service from everyone we dealt with at FloorQuest and definitely plan on using them for future home improvement needs.
