I work in healthcare and my experiences over the last three years have been difficult to process. I recently received a ketamine infusion with Quest Ketamine. The treatment helped me to integrate and process my experiences over the last few years in a more positive way. The clinic was very cozy, and the entire team was professional and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I received ketamine therapy in November of 2024. I have taken some time to recover from my experience so that I can take the time to provide an honest and thoughtful review. I will also say that I did not fully do my due diligence and thoroughly research other clinics, and that I take accountability for. Mitch and his staff are amazing. This is the best infusion clinic I've been to. I was anxious and scared but they addressed those concerns and I've had nothing but positive infusions since I've started going there.

I had a great experience at Quest Ketamine Therapies, starting from when I initially contacted them with lots of questions. From the first treatment, I felt comfortable and in good hands, and Mitch was able to monitor my progress and adjust my dosage effectively as I went through each session. I brought my husband here after trying all kinds of mainstream medical treatments. We were feeling defeated and like none of his ailments were going to ever improve. He has a multitude of issues including depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, PTSD, general lack of quality of life, etc. Mitch called us right on our consult time and answered any questions I had with detail and reassurance. I was blown away by the team here. The staff is kind and accommodating; they put so much care into the experience. The treatment rooms are cozy and fitted with noise canceling headphones, eye masks, diffusers, and a comfortable recliner. I was a bit nervous going in, but Mitch made me feel safe and taken care of. I looked forward to coming back for each infusion, and it was such a wonderful experience that I even flew another family member out to be treated. If you are on the fence I would absolutely encourage you to try it.
