The check In process was cumbersome and the wait was frustrating as many people came in after I did but were seen before. I discovered that although appointments are taken, if you call ahead, you can get a “window” of time to arrive which makes for a shorter wait time. This being said, when it was my turn, I was promptly shown to an exam room where vitals and history were efficiently taken. Andrea, the PA, arrived shortly after.
