I had the best experience ever! The Doctor named Linda worked her best in stapling my open wound on the back of my head. And the young lady at the front desk checked me in right away,

The Doctor named Linda did fantastic Job in stapling my open wound on the back of my head. It was a Saturday and they were going to close at 5:00 PM and I got there 4:45PM and the young Lady at the front desk checked me in right away and they stayed there until after closing. The Doctor also gave me a tetanus shot &prescription for an antibiotic

Doctor Alan seemed very uncaring about me. He refused to look at my finger. I was told that I could only be seen for one issue? Anyways, I went in for serious back pain, and was treated like it was nothing it all. I never miss work and had to call in the same day. He also didn't even observe my back. Just jad me do a couple exercises and was on my way. I asked for a doctor's note, and he completely forgot about it. I had to go back in because I relaxed it on the way home that I didn't have one. I'm still have trouble with my Urine Tract. The med is not helping me. Sorry, but that's how it goes with me.
The doctor was very rude and abrupt
I needed an urgent antibiotic sent out and I went dead in the afternoon to where sending it shouldn’t have been an issue with barely anybody there but apparently it has been. The nurse assistant who saw me was wonderful but the doctor seemed spaced out and didn’t sent out my prescription like promised for an urgent bacterial infection which now may get worse.

I went to urgent care because I had a UTI. I saw Alan Hopkins. He didn’t order a urine culture but gave me two prescriptions. He also did not exam me. He could have given me the wrong antibiotic but I will never know since he did not order a culture. I will never go back there
I have had many many UTI or bladder infections to know when I have one. Very disappointing to wait as long as I did to have someone tell me I did not have one rather it was possibly a tumor. Not nice to say to someone who has a mistrust of the medical field. I was also advised to seek a PCP. As you know new patient appts are weeks if not months out. I may end up in septic shock if I wait that long. My symptoms are worse now so I will seek treatment somewhere.

Dr. Alan. did not lproperly examine me and never listen to my breathing. i explained to him i could not take Delysum for my cough and sore throat but he said in a loud boisterous tone of voice, '" tonight it will be Delysum."" When i tried to explain i had be sick with this cold over a week and that i need it some antibiotics he just ::ignored me . i asked for note for work for Nov. 2nd and 3rd and he refuse to grant it.
