Took quick care of problems I had with signing in with app. Did not take very long to see the doctor. New medications immediately sent to pharmacy. Thank you for your promptness.

The app to fill out my initial personal information didn’t work properly. I kept getting kicked off and having to restart the whole process again. After the fourth try the receptionist asked me to fill out the application on paper instead. Other than that everything else was very quick and thorough.

Front desk was very kind and informative. Medical assistant was very "to the point" which I understand in that setting when you have a ton of patients waiting, but I don't feel as if I could go off of his script of questions to get my primary concerns across. I do appreciate that he actually took the time to get a proper BP reading. I feel like far too often providers just estimate. NP was kind and personable. I wish the providers would've actually run some tests rather than just assuming I have a virus.

You're staff was cold and unfriendly. The attending doctor was uninterested in my care,, but they were asking me about the last time I was there and left in an ambulance.
Very rude, the nurses eating lunch in there hot car and when I signed they tell u to go wait in ur car for 30 minutes the worst place I have ever been just terrible
I have been here before, and was not treated very well from the front of the house, but back of the house(Dr’s/PA) was very professional and proficient. But today, I was treated so poorly that I will never come back. She, the lady at the front desk, was rude from the time I walked in the door. She looked at me as if I was a sloth or something, it was bizarre! I was sick, I AM SICK! Horrible customer service. Extremely negative receptionist. Billed 5 times what was quoted for service at front desk. Will never go there again.
