The worst experience. Something hit my windshield in the wash and broke it. The employees were excellent in filing a report and taking pics. Said the manager would call me on Monday. Nothing, so I went in. The manager was a joke telling me there was no proof it happened in his car wash and it was my problem not his and he was going to talk to his employees because they shouldn’t have said anything. Great place for a quick wash. Definitely take advantage of the one time pay per month unlimited washes. Pays for it self in 2 washes. So why not? I go about 1 to 2 times per week so i save tons of money being a member. Check them out! Excellent customer service by the way. Thanks Quick Quack staff!! And how could i forget about the free vacuums on site for all customers to use!! What??? I know, RIGHT??
I took my truck through the car wash. While going through I heard a loud crack and as I exited so the crack in the windshield. I filed a claim and within the hour received a denial stating the chip that caused the crack was pre-existing. I had just purchased this vehicle and can 100% tell you this is not the case. The response was accusatory and lacked responsibility. Even went so far as to attach a document "explaining the science" behind cracks in windshields. The day to day employees are great. Management is not! Inferior customer service, damage to vehicles completely unresponded to. Charging customers when they've asked (sometimes multiple times) to end the membership.
Had a moment where my car got some damage in the wash. I am grateful to Jordan and his company for reaching out to me and taking care of my vehicle. They pointed me in the right direction. Thanks again!
