I feel like neither of my vehicles are actually cleaned when going through the wash. Today I was drying my vehicle, and noticed swirl marks etched on my roof along one side. Not worth the $70 a month for both cars. Not to mention the vacuum cleaners are usually taken by those who haven’t washed their vehicles or are broken.
Brett, the manager, is an awesome person! When I accidentally locked myself out my car (not a terribly unusual occurrence I learned, so I encourage you to keep your keys on you when using the vacuums!), he was very gracious and helped me to contact AAA. The other employees were nice as well. Another thing I appreciate about this particular location is that they keep their towels stocked and vacuums are always in good working order.🤙
This is for the Citrus heights location just across from Sunrise Mall. They have really good employees. The gentleman with the red beard and hair is just top-notch. He’s always great with the customers, very friendly, and does a very nice job. All of the staff is wonderful. A recent concern I do have is that the rinsing side sprinklers of the car wash near the exit have not been working now for about two weeks. They need to get this fixed and repaired. The staff is always SO friendly! Best wash is Ceramic Wash! It’s SO worth the membership fee! You get unlimited washes! What’s your name?Brett is also very very friendly and so kind to my kids when we come in!
This location has the best staff. Definitely recommend coming here and getting the Ceramic duck. It’s the best wash and 100% worth the money
