I was a very happy membership holder 2 different times. They were always polite and fast. I finally had to end my membership because they kept being broke down at this location 3 different times. I switched my membership to Mister car wash right down the road. They are friendly and fast and maybe just because they are new they have never been broken. I’m glad I made the switch. When I’m a member I want to get my car washed at my convenience.
If I could rate this place and Michael Kinworthy a ZERO I would. Went through the wash (I normally use a different location) and the wash ripped my weather stripping off and beat it against my hood. My car is less than 5 years old with less than 20K miles. Claiming their policy states they are not at fault. Claim some damn responsibility Michael and just admit that your car wash is responsible for vehicle damages and fix your car wash! This place is the best car wash in the Springs. Jayden was kind and so helpful. It’s nice to visit a place where I know I’ll receive great customer service and drive away with a super clean car. I’ll definitely be back!
I was a member with multiple vehicles for well over a year--- zero complaints or issues. Unfortunately that was until my right side mirror was broken at the Austin Bluffs location. I didn't notice it until the next day so a couple days later I went to the location and made a report with the representative on site. He was great! He was very nice and very thorough. So i started coming here a couple months ago and everything seemed fine. Wrong ! First off the car wash gives you tiny swivels and scratches on your car so if you like your car i would suggest going anywhere else. Second off 6 days ago i called to cancel my membership and they said they would, yesterday i get charged for this month. I call today and they say there’s nothing we can do to help you but we can cancel your membership now. You’ll still be getting charged for this month.
