BEWARE! This car wash gave my car major swirl marks after I brought it in from a Tahoe trip. The company handled the situation very poorly never even acknowledging my complaint, calls, messages. I wasn't seeking financial reimbursement for damage, just wanted to be heard and provide them a suggestion so that it doesn't happen to others. I wont be going back and I suggest you go elsewhere if you care about your paint.
Whenever I visit this location, Manny is always incredibly helpful and kind, and informs me of this locations’ information and promotions in a clear, friendly, and patient manner. I am always impressed by his customer service that goes the extra mile, and I always leave this location excited to come back! Manny is a stellar employee.
The staff Janay was nice and friendly ! I had trouble putting my car in neutral but Dora helped me with no problem and the vacuums work really well! Glad I have a membership !
Amazing experience at Quick quack! Service was amazing and I was in and out! My car looked spotless after! Will definately be back again! :)
Love going to quick quack and now especially this specific location. Never too long of a wait I’m always in and out and the staff I believe was Janay before I went through was very informative and kind. Vacuum stations weren’t backed up and were clean. Definitely my go to Quick Quack !!
