I've had a monthly subscription for 2 years, and the price goes up twice a year. Now the top wash is the mid wash.. Didn't even get all the dead bugs off my bumper nor side mirrors.. it does a decent job, and it's usually quick.. I drove by on Easter, and they were open, which is kinda sad. Are they open on Xmas and Thanksgiving.. Makes me wonder if they prioritize profits over employees. They were great the first year, but I am looking for better options now.
So friendly here. And I love their monthly membership. It's reasonable and so worth it. My car stays cleaner than ever without even getting close to breaking the bank. Washing my car is no longer a task or something I even have to think about. I just pull in to a location whenever I see one and have an extra couple of minutes. So convenient!
My favorite quick quack location! The vacuums always work great which is my biggest thing when it comes to car washes. They’re so friendly and I’ve never had an issue.
Best customer service! The store manager, Ethan, went the extra mile to resolve a billing error on my monthly car wash account and made sure I was issued a refund. Couple that with a clean, easy to access location, friendly workers, and great vacuums and I won’t go anywhere else but Quick Quack to wash my car.
Their monthy memberships are a reasonable price. I love that they have towels to dry and their vacuums are great as well. The only negotiate is that their car wash doesn’t get the front of my Tesla very well
