Lack of communication terrible customer service, not helpful at all
I do not recommend you guys. You guys made lost 3 months just to tell me that my case was on hold due to a new law. But no one else is mentioned that new law and you guys add’s still mentioned cars previos year cars. Finally I got some else working on my case and fast not like you guys. THE WORST
RecommendedI initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $830,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. These people kept my case 5months.Had me send them all the documents.Talked with me several times on the phone with their representative.Then out of no were they claim that my case is a class action case???After 5 months???I am very disappointed with there service.They could have told me this long ago.An I would have sought other legal counsel.
I am very disappointed with this firm, it has been a big waste of time. I wish I went with another law firm that is more professional. They filed a lawsuit for me against JEEP over a year ago and I have received no updates or response from anyone at this place. I was told the guy handling my case Louise would call me back several times and never has. If you have a lemon law case please look elsewhere.
