Mo was great! Very responsive maintenance team at the Quinn! AC was not working and Mo responded to maintenance request immediately.

Lived here since it opened. Maintenance is extremely quick. Office staff is easy to contact.

Lynn and Jen are a major asset to this complex. I considered 6 other complexes in the area and the other apartment representatives provided me with cookie cuter answers to questions never putting themselves out to meet my needs. It was never well let me see but yes or no answers to questions. I was given the attitude of how luck I would be if they were willing to accept me as a tenant. The reverse was true with Lynn and Jen. I look forward to moving in.

I recently had a small leak in my bathroom, Moe the maintenance manager came the very next morning. He was absolutely wonderful and helped me with a few other things which were not on his work order.. He is so very pleasant and accommodating!!! That man deserves a RAISE!!!! Love him!!!! Lisa Kramek

Our apartment was in shambles, the water was cold, the air was warm and a door was broken. I called for maintenance and within 20 minute Moe Moreira showed up and fixed everything within minutes. He did it with a smile on his face and with extreme urgency as well as efficiency. In our 15 minute interaction I was able to see how good of a worker as well as a human being he is. Guys like this make this place better. Need more Moes.
