I remember when this place was called ELP roofing. I didn't recognize anyone behind the desk walking in & was frustrated from going to several other roofing supply co. not finding what I needed (everyone was short or was out of stock.) Beacon has the best service out of every other supplier in El Paso, TX. Tom and his staff always go the extra mile to help us out. I'm sure they do the same for the other contractors. Before Beacon, I used to buy from every other roofing supplier because no one stood out and they all treated me the same, "transactional." I was just a transaction to the rest. Absolutely wonderful ! the service was expedient and professional. The woman that helped me was very courteous and answered all my questions politely and thoroughly. Although I'm not a professional roofer she was patient and explain to me my concerns about a roof cap that I purchased. The service here was so much different than the service I received from border roofing. Those people are horrendous I will never go back to border Roofing Supply. I don't know how they been in business so long.
