I never get the impression that Dr. Cooley (or his staff) is trying to rush me out the office. They always seem to have time to listen to my description of my symptoms and respond to my questions. Wait times in the outer waiting area and the examination room are always brief. Pleasant dispositions with all. I'm a retired IT Director, so I use technology to the fullest extent possible. Dr Cooley is a superb primary care physician. His staff is always prompt in returning phone calls to assist me when I need help. Dr Cooley and his staff are simply the BEST. Simple as that.

As usual it was a very good visit. He listened to what I had to say and prescribed accordingly. I seem to be doing better now, still some slight cough, but not as bad as it was.

I have been a patient for many years and stay with this practice due to the attention and follow-through given to all kinds of illnesses I've had over the years. He doesn't push you to a conclusion, but allows questions and takes the route of allowing you to see the best solution. His staff are always responsive and cheerful as well as professional.
