Exceeded expectations! I had a problem area that needed to be resolved at my annual checkup and I expected to have to schedule another appointment. Dr. Plott and staff took care of it immediately at this visit.

Waited in the online waiting room for 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Got a phone call from the office finally asking if I still wanted the appointment and said yes and explained that I’d already been waiting 30 minutes. Then after the office finally connected, I waited another 30 minutes after that to actually speak with the doctor. Absurdly disrespectful of my time.
I was surprised. When I told Dr Plott that my wife passed away a little over two weeks ago at first he showed empathy. Then he joked that he wished his spouse would die. Then corrected himself that he wished his ex-wife would die and walked out of the room. The MA in the room started laughing and said something about her knowing the wife. She left the room for me to put my clothes on and I can hear the laughter from outside the room. I felt ashamed but the more I think about it the more I’m angry.

The staff at Epiphany Dermatology are awesome, Dr. Plott was very helpful to my situation and I really liked the layout of the facilty. To the staff at Epiphany Dermatology keep doing a wonderful job and I really had a wonderful first time experience with you guys.
