Easy! Rachel was extremely thorough and made the entire process very easy. She made everything easy to understand and was always thorough in explaining each step of the loan process. Easily the most efficient process ever! From the day of applying to the closing day was exactly 3 weeks! I had a few quotes done for refinancing rates and closing costs and Royal beat most. The efficiency of the process as well as the clear communication from Rachel made it a seamless process. I cannot say enough how great it was to be able to text my random questions as I thought of them throughout the process and she was very responsive.
