At the initial time of accident they were great at making a way for me to get the necessary services. But when I tried to get help several months later to see another doctor we played phone tag for several months Then when I finially talked to someone they said it was to late, that to much time had passed. I now know that I will be needing to do ear surgery or get a hearing aid. So this was not taken into consideration in the settlement. Thank you for your help.
I was kept out of the loop many times, different people would contact me and neither new what was going on
Took too long and outcome was terrible. Sales pitch was great and lots of promises but under delivered. Hard to reach lawyers. Case manager chaned and no notification to client.
