It was a wonderful experience working with Rad Law Firm.
I had no previous experience with an injury situation. The team at RAD made the process simple and I was able to understand each step. Glad I made that call to RAD.
My expierence with Rad Law Firm, was very good with Anna Ibaara, but once it went to the next department, things were scattered and I had to update the person assitting me, which was very frustrating. I also asked to meet my lawyer and think this should have been done when my case was first taken over, and to have been explained the process, so I would know what to expect.....(Better communication would have made for smoother process)
Magdalena did such an amazing job in helping me with my case. She was very informative and supporting through out the whole process
