I have been a client here for many years, and I would highly recommend it! I have used the weight loss clinic and the medical spa experiences, including Botox. I have always been very happy with the way I am greeted and treated. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. Dr. Lara is thoughtful, kind, and sincere. She is a terrific doctor! I turned 50 this year and have never had a massage or facial. I decided to have each done to celebrate my mother's birthday, who passed away 5 years ago. I wanted to do something she never did and I'm sure she would have enjoyed. I really did not know what to expect, but felt at ease as soon as I entered the facility. The only drawback is...this could be an addictive habit! I left feeling like a new woman! I recommended Radiant Reflections to my daughter who is already planning to call and set up an appointment.
I was a little skeptical about the Vampire Facelift, but Dr. Otaigbe gave me a book to read that explained the science behind the procedure. Once I understood how it worked I decided to go ahead with the procedure. I didn’t need a facelift but I felt like my skin was dull and needed “new life” so to speak. Dr. Otaigbe was wonderful! I just wanted to give an update. Dr. O and her team did reach out to me privately and they apologized for my first experience at Radiant Reflections. They were very nice and sincere. I ended up going back for a follow-up and the experience could not have been better. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I will be returning for future services.
