Wonderful customer service reps but somewhat restrictive regulations that seem to mean I’ll have to make a third visit to update my CD if I can’t take care of it over the phone…
I can’t recall ever having less than stellar service at this branch. Tellers are always helpful and friendly.
We are always able to get all the information we need when we want. Came in to get the information on current CD rates and got the printout we need to make our selections with the funds we have available for this purpose
