DO NOT GET A CAR LOAN WITH THIS CREDIT UNION. Radifi is a horrible company. After a total loss of my vehicle I asked for a 30 day extension to allow the GAP company time to submit the final payment. I have paid an extra 165.00 for a year and they said they cannot apply that to the future months payments. Even though I should be 2 months ahead they have hit me with late fees!! Do your research before using them for a loan. Community 1st, Vystar, Chase, and many more will allow you to pay ahead. The manager is beyond rude and ... read more

I had been a member of Jax Federal Credit union since 2006 .Today I called to apply for a new car loan , the lady that i talked didn’t help me she says my mortgage payment was to high according to here . I never missed a payment for anything .overall she didn’t look for options just didn’t care .Maybe this is the new Radifi Credit union not Jax Federal anymore very sad and disappointed for didn’t care at all for an old member

Worse bank I've ever dealt with on any level. Stay away from this place. Being 30 days late will have your vehicle disabled and be stranded.

There is so much opportunity for improvement on the website. Various links lead to error pages and the experiance is extremely tough to work through should I want to become a new memeber.
