Impossible!! If I could give them negative stars, I would. The outsourcing is infuriating! Incompetent customer service representatives who have no idea what a Health Savings Account is. The most frustrating experience ever! I am continuing to get past due notices for a service I paid for 2 months ago. I've called them numerous times to resolve this. Can we do negative stars? This place is shady beyond belief. I just received a letter from a debt collector saying I owed money. The service provided was three years ago. Fought it and thought it was resolved, as I hadn’t heard anything in over two years. Found my documentation. DO NOT PAY YOUR BILL HERE, EVEN WITH INSURANCE. THEY WILL CLAIM THEY'VE SUBMITTED IT BUT THEY WILL NOT UNTIL YOU CALL 30 TIMES. I'VE BEEN CALLING THEM SINCE 9/14 AND THEY ARE STILL WAITING ON THE "BACKEND" TO SUBMIT A CLAIM WHICH WAS DENIED SINCE IT WAS NOT SUBMITED TO THE INSURANCE IN TIME. LET IT GO TO CLAIMS AND JUST PAY IT THERE HONESLTY.
Terrible experience with Radiology Alliance. They appear to practice upcoding in addition to simply using the wrong codes. Their fees are exorbitant for the service provided - far exceeding what in-network insurance cost would be. They do not respond to legally recognized communication modes. What kind of business practice is it to ignore your paying customers, to lie to them, and then finally to abuse them?
