During my visit I had a great group of people taken care of me. They also made it easy to make a payment online. No waiting at the office to pay or have to mail the payment in etc

Impossible!! If I could give them negative stars, I would. The outsourcing is infuriating! Incompetent customer service representatives who have no idea what a Health Savings Account is. The most frustrating experience ever! I am continuing to get past due notices for a service I paid for 2 months ago. I've called them numerous times to resolve this. No matter how many times I call and give them claim info, virtual payment number, dates, amounts, etc., I have to start from scratch. They ask stupid questions, like, "What PO... read more

Once services are rendered the phone calls Never. Stop. It didn't matter what time it was, the phone calls Never stopped. They're still coming in after payment has been made.

Billing dept was very helpful & polite. The lady gave me imformation that helped with the stress & anxiety that the current statement was causing me to have.
