Impossible!! If I could give them negative stars, I would. The outsourcing is infuriating! Incompetent customer service representatives who have no idea what a Health Savings Account is. The most frustrating experience ever! I am continuing to get past due notices for a service I paid for 2 months ago. I've called them numerous times to resolve this. Can we do negative stars? This place is shady beyond belief. I just received a letter from a debt collector saying I owed money. The service provided was three years ago. Fought it and thought it was resolved, as I hadn’t heard anything in over two years. Found my documentation. I had a phone conversation with Radiology Alliance two years ago, and they told me there was zero balance. Out of nowhere (again, over two years later), I get a letter from a debt collector.
