During my visit I had a great group of people taken care of me. They also made it easy to make a payment online. No waiting at the office to pay or have to mail the payment in etc
Super spammy. Got WAY too many reminders to pay my bill. You told me it was due in 30 days. Got it. Don't need text and email every few days reminding me. It got to the point that I was feeling harassed. I'll pay (and did) when it's due not weeks before.
Navigating through the payment process was not any more difficult than any other payment site. However, it would have been nice to have the payment due date prominently displayed. Having that bit of information is most helpful for budgeting purposes.
Billing dept was very helpful & polite. The lady gave me imformation that helped with the stress & anxiety that the current statement was causing me to have. Once services are rendered the phone calls Never. Stop. It didn't matter what time it was, the phone calls Never stopped. They're still coming in after payment has been made.
