Impossible!! If I could give them negative stars, I would. The outsourcing is infuriating! Incompetent customer service representatives who have no idea what a Health Savings Account is. The most frustrating experience ever! I am continuing to get past due notices for a service I paid for 2 months ago. I've called them numerous times to resolve this. impossibly bad labyrinth of trying to understand bill, even compared to other med companies. Scam central, offshore "call center" demanding personal info, very shady. Less than 1 star
