Super spammy. Got WAY too many reminders to pay my bill. You told me it was due in 30 days. Got it. Don't need text and email every few days reminding me. It got to the point that I was feeling harassed. I'll pay (and did) when it's due not weeks before.
Navigating through the payment process was not any more difficult than any other payment site. However, it would have been nice to have the payment due date prominently displayed. Having that bit of information is most helpful for budgeting purposes.
During my visit I had a great group of people taken care of me. They also made it easy to make a payment online. No waiting at the office to pay or have to mail the payment in etc
Impossible!! If I could give them negative stars, I would. The outsourcing is infuriating! Incompetent customer service representatives who have no idea what a Health Savings Account is. The most frustrating experience ever! I am continuing to get past due notices for a service I paid for 2 months ago. I've called them numerous times to resolve this. Once services are rendered the phone calls Never. Stop. It didn't matter what time it was, the phone calls Never stopped. They're still coming in after payment has been made.
