The entire staff will treat your pet as their own. Maybe even better!! I trust their decisions are in the best interest of my pet and not their $$ everytime. If I said I love coming here..I'd be lying. It's still a Dr's office. They make the entire experience as good as one could hope for though.
We have been bringing our pets here for years, for several dog generations. We won't go anywhere else unless it's an absolute emergency & RAH is closed. Dr. Patton is very professional and knowledgeable, but our favorite is Dr. Wolff...she is awesome! She is very caring and patient, and extremely professional & experienced. We have also had several knee replacement surgeries for our dogs done through RAH, and all of them have been a success. Yesterday was my first visit to Rainbow Animal Hospital and I am highly recommending them to anyone looking for a vet office in the Las Vegas area. I absolutely adore this place! I found them on Yelp after moving to Las Vegas from the Bay Area. Staff is courteous and prompt -- also incredibly caring! I have made this office the vet home for both of my cats. If you want caring, quality, reasonably priced veterinarian services, you should go here!
Rainbow Animal is the best. We've been going there for over 13 years and 3 dogs. Through emergencies and routine check-ups all of the staff has been dedicated and caring. We highly recommend them.
We brought our pet hamster here. The little guy just kinda stop running around and this was just within last night. Dr. Wolf saw him and diagnosed that his heart was failing. So so sad for my little girl, this was her first pet and watching him passing away is not easy. We were at the vet at 1:00 p.m., it's now only 2:30 p.m. and the little guy has completely stopped moving and we know he's taking his last breaths. Thanks to Yelp, once again I found another great service!!! My poor cat was having a change in his toilet habits and I could not figure out what was going on! He goes one day and then does not use the box for a whole day! I was getting concerned as this was going on for about a week and a half. Without a doubt, I would never take my dogs anywhere, but here. Dr. Patton is an outstanding, professional, very caring, stand up vet/guy. I have been taking my dogs to him for 8 years. My dog was diagnosed with bladder cancer, which was blocking her ability to urinate. Dr. Wolf was there the day I brought my dog in for an u/s. I was nervous since she had never seen my dog before. I used to live less than five miles away from Rainbow Animal Hospital and started going there because it was close to home. I'm now a 15+ mile drive one way and still take my cats there. I've seen Dr. Vensand every time I've gone there in seven years except once. I love Dr. V. He's knowledgeable, compassionate (when I had to put down my beloved eleven year old cat he cried a bit, too when he saw just how anguished I was), friendly, and great with my pets.
