I arrived on time for my appointment but the Dr wasn’t in yet and so I waited an hour to actually be treated. If you were not available during that time you should have called me in a different time and not have me waste an hour of my life. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. When I did get my check up it was very rushed and she was very aggressive and her mirror hit my face cause she was pulling too hard. I would not recommend

Rainbow Dental is extremely dishonest and will do anything they can to milk you of all the money you have. Not only did she lie about my cavities (with each visit a new cavity appeared) she had lied about my insurance not covering a deep cleaning aka a scaling procedure. Not only was I informed by Dentaquest which is affiliated with Healthfirst that it was COVERED she continuously kept pressing me with lies. She attempted to make me pay out of pocket $80 I went with my gut and left that horrib

I arrived on time to my appointment to find that the office wasn't even open yet. The front desk staff and Dr. arrived after I did. I checked in a found out that another patient was booked for the same time as me. I waited for an hour and a half and when the secretary called me to sit in the chair, she said my insurance was out of network. She could have mentioned that at any point during the hour I was sitting in the waiting room. Disorganized and rude staff. Worst experience I've had.

it's simple, my tooth hurts more than it did before she "fixed" the cavity. In fact my tooth didn't hurt before she got to it.
