Jason was amazing! We needed a camera inspection on an upstairs toilet. Jason came in and was able to locate the issue quickly. He walked through the problem, potential solutions and gave us a quote for the repair right away. We have been trying to diagnose this problem for a month with other plumbing companies and are so happy we have finally figured out the issue.

Absolutely loved the work Miguel did at my home. I had Rainforest out for a few things and they were very friendly and super clean. You wouldn't have even known that they had worked there if it weren't for the new water softener in my garage. They even brought my trash can in from off the street after the garbage truck came! I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family. Thanks Rainforest!

Today, 6/18/23 here in ****, **. I was scheduled for a tuneup and the guy Braddlie the technician wanted to know if anything was going on with the unit. I said, not blowing enough cold air. He said, I needed a new compressor and three other things. He quoted me over $1600. I said, I wasnt expecting that much. ******** said, I can take off 3 items. He quoted me over $1100. I hired Rainforest to replace a Master Cool evap cooler. The techs were hardworking and generally nice, but this project did not go well or as planned. It was supposed to take one day; I ended up having to be home 5 days for the initial installation (kicking them off the roof after dark on one day), and frankly, there is still something wrong with the thermostat (which I've taken 2 more days trying for a resolution) so I will pay another vendor to replace once I get some time and money saved up.The techs blame the manufactur... read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Originally called another company for a leaking mixing valve on my water heater, company I called wasn't available right away but Rainforest was. Tech came out for a quote which was DOUBLE what the other company wanted, but the tech insisted he would do a better job and would even service my water softener since I wasn't certain it was operating correctly. Dishonest. Didn't investigate sewage cleanout as previous plumber did. On HOA's payroll.
