The fine folks at Rainwater took care of me when a drunk driver hit me and ran on interstate over two years ago. A shady insurance company is who I had to deal with on the other side. Needless to say they made sure I didn’t need to worry about anything except getting better. Thank you AUDRA AND MERIDITH!

We had an accident. The other party totaled our car and luckily we survived. We were recommended the Rainwater firm and we couldn’t have been more pleased for all the work they did in our behalf. Attorney John Miller and his case manager Kate Moore were excellent. Our case lasted more than a year and a half and they were with us all the way. No rush to settle until we were ready. I stopped in to see if any applications were available for the WentWood Valley properties. Christina at the front desk printed me out an application and helped with what I needed to do and the process of things. Her willingness to help speaks volume and says a lot about your business. This review is primarily in regards to Krista. While I believe this firm does work hard for people, sometimes there might be certain individuals who don't seem to have the time to answer your questions or reply to emails. Krista is not that person. She has responded to me each and every time I have needed assistance, and she made sure my questions get to the right place and get answered.
