Well, I was a little disappointed with the service this time. I understand that you guys were shorthanded and I didn't mind the 3 hour wait. I asked the service representative to have the mechanic look under the car while it was on the left.. After my last service I noticed a rattle/vibration under the car. My request was ignored and I was forced after this last service to crawl under the car and see if I could find it. Well I did.
