"Great Customer Service Experience!!" I purchased a used truck from Bellevue Nissan 6 months ago and it was the absolute worst customer service and ethical experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle; needless to say I was a little anxious about taking my truck in for an oil change and inspection before putting my kids and grandson on the road with me for an upcoming trip. "Car service" Rodney is the one who helped me with my car service and he was very professional, polite and attentive. He made sure to get me out on time and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Rairdon Nissan to all my friends and family because if him.
"Kind, informative, non pressured individuals that care." I didn't go in there to buy a car. I just needed an estimate on my existing vehicle that was rear-ended. Unlike the repair shop I took it too, they took the time and effort to really look at my car and give me an honest estimate. They suggested that I see about getting a new car, and I did not feel pressured and by the time I left I had a wonderful car. I was a bit hesitant and they took the time needed to explain everything in detail and I really appreciated that.

"Friendly and efficient. " Just had an oil change, nothing major. Took a bit longer than expected, but I was not in a hurry. Disappointed that they don't wash and vacuum cars, like Puyallup Nissan.
"Fast and reliable service" I came in to have my pathfinder checked because i could hear a rattling metal to metal sound at the back rear side of my vehicle when i accelerate. I was checked in quickly even on their busiest day— Saturday. I left my car and after 2 hours , they called me up and said they already fixed the issue. I was expecting to get a bad news but good thing they were able to fix my car, same day and no extra charge! Wheww! I am a very happy customer right now! Thank you!
