I have never had a dealership keep me as well-informed as Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn did on the recent engine repair for our Rogue.
The whole transaction went smoothly, we had expected to spend the whole afternoon there but was in and out quickly.
The Auburn Nissan service department has been helpful with regular maintenance and also with resolving concerns I had with my Nissan Altima. In my case, the service staff has always been pleasant and easy to work with.
This dealership was well organized and worked diligently on my car. They did an excellent job and kept me updated through the entire servicing.

We traded 2 Nissan SUV's for a new AWD SUV. Overall, the dealership was great (minus the first sales person Tony). Our 2nd sales person Rebecca was awesome. She was transparent, honest, she didn't rush us, she listened, and was very personable. She was a good fit for our all female family and is an asset to the dealership as we were very comfortable with her.
