He’s retired now, but was a truly great doctor! You could tell that he looked beyond the cancer I had, including my underlying health in his plan. He said he was going to ‘tailor’ the surgery specifically for me. He spent several weeks pre-op getting me as healthy as I could be. He did it! I have almost no scar. It’s been 8 years ago…, and I owe him.

I had had bowel problems for about two years and this summer it became apparent that I would need surgery. Choosing the right surgeon was of upmost importance.
