We worked with Ralph's Floors recently on our new build and couldn't be happier with their involvement throughout the entire project. Pablo at Ralph's Floors removed our carpet/hardwood and installed new luxury vinyl throughout our home. We were very happy with the final product and would highly recommend him to anyone needing new floors. We were looking for a business to buy carpet and carpet pad for our home. After receiving multiple bids, we decided to go with Ralph Floors. I must say this was a great decision. Treauna’s straight forward response to all our questions were very impressive. We worked with her throughout the purchase and delivery of the carpet and the pads. We would love to work with Treauna at Ralph Flooring again in future!!

They have a very reasonable price and they did caution me that the carpet I picked was pricier so that was a nice awareness piece but I knew that and went ahead anyway. The installer was later than planned and stayed a long time to finish but did an amazing job and I am beyond floored with the results. The sales people were very helpful and professional and I will come back for my tile/hearth work in the future.

We have had Ralph's Floors recarpet our home, put window dressing on and now they are about to do a small job for us, tile an entryway. The first two jobs were done extremely well. The carpeting was installed four years ago and still looks wonderful. No corners have come up or seams apart. I really appreciate the fact that Rebecca has been so nice and helpful with this little job of tiling our back entry. Many places wouldn't be bothered with such a small job. She showed me tile that was in the back, left from a larger job.... read more
