I had an amazing experience buying jewelry here. Customer service is excellent. Knowledge on quality is excellent. Lots of variety. The custom pieces are incredible. Seeing is believing. I just bought some 3.22ct VVS1 Clarity Diamond Cluster Earrings. I’m going to get a custom piece at a later date.

Had a great first experience at Ralph’s! Truly the best of the best in Sacramento. Walked in, and the process was smooth and easy. Adryan was very helpful, and explained in detail all the items I was looking at. The collection is vast and exquisite. You can walk in here and stare at the different jewelry pieces for hours. I left satisfied with a new ring, and potentially looking at a few new pieces for the future. If you want to custom tailored experience, go to Ralph’s, you will not be disappointed!
As soon as I stepped in I felt welcomed. Vell assisited me. The customer service was great. It’s a nice atmosphere. I could see that everything there is quality and I ordered a custom piece. I’m happy with the price and I am excited to see the finished work.
Place is nice but your greeted with an ak47. Came for ring appraisal for a ring that's worth 2k(1 ct diamond). The guy checked it out and offered 550. Needless to say they didn't tell me the actual value of the ring. Thank god my aunt is an honest jeweler properly appriased the ring the next day. Still confused on how this place has sooo many 5 star reviews.
