Established in 2004. After working for a large national franchise, I felt there were things that could be done better but were not allowed by the existing corporate structure. I decided the best thing was to put my theories to the test and start my own company. They did a good job.
They broke some of the tile, now we are facing difficulties what to do what do it about it we don't have tile to replace. we are lost what to do now.
The employees were knowledgeable and courteous. We particularly were pleased that they kept us informed. Very professional.
If asked for sure---I hope no one ever has to endure a broken water pipe inside their house, as I did--but if they did RAM, is well prepared to help the homeowner overcome all the hurdles.
